Christine Farrell has been an Employee Relations practitioner for over 30 years. During her seventeen years with two major financial services organizations (Security Pacific National Bank and Bank of America), Christine formed the foundation of her broad-based knowledge of employment law by investigating and resolving hundreds of internal grievances as well as DFEH, EEOC, and Labor Commissioner complaints. She spent the next ten years in the entertainment industry managing the Employee Relations function for Warner Bros. where, utilizing her collaborative approach to problem solving and dispute resolution, she successfully avoided litigation in hundreds of employment matters.
